Our approach to recruitment is based on absolute attention to detail. Here’s how we go about it.

Step 1: Taking into account your specific recruitment needs, we will review the role in-depth and will use our bespoke Resourcing Model to find out what it is you really need. For example, it could be that the combination of skills and experience you are seeking is rare to find in one person and a more practical solution might be to rethink the role.

Step 2: We will then draw up or revise both person and job specifications and advise on salary and package.

Step 3: We will research the potential target markets where the best candidates are most likely to be found.

Step 4: We will promote your post and your interests in a way that ensures the right people are attracted to apply for the post. We will also identify pools of talent you might not have previously considered.

Step 5: We will screen the CVs and invite for interview with us everyone who we consider is a serious contender for the role. From this, we will agree a shortlist with you. That way, you can be confident the people we put forward will all be a perfect fit. If no-one who applies fits the bill, we will carry on searching. We will only recommend candidates for shortlisting who we are sure are an excellent match, both for the role and for your organisation’s culture.
